The rates and some terms are as below..
SHORT TERM:
– Moshono – KILI weekly rate – USD 180 and follow up daily rates of USD 30
– Moshono – MERU A & B weekly rate – USD 210 and follow up daily rates of USD 40
LONG TERM
– Moshono – KILI monthky rate – USD 500
– Moshono – MERU A & B monthly rate – USD 600
Terms of stay:
– A tenant will be required to pay a refundable deposit of USD 100 for the short term stays and USD 200 for the long term stays.
– A tenant will be required to purchase his/her own electricity as per usage. In case of a black out /electricity goes off, there is a shared generator of which all tenants will contribute towards its fuel.
– A tenant staying for a month and above will be required to purchase his/her own cooking gas purchase – Cost to refill a gas tank is apprx usd 25.
– A tenant is required to purchase his/her own Internet bundle/ GB. There is a router available in the house
– House keeper services more than the already once a week cleaning that is inclusive in the rent will come at a fee of USD 5/day
